Your NOVOFLEX Australia Product comes with a warranty for a period of 24 months (excluding batteries) from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:
The NOVOFLEX Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 24 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. NOVOFLEX Australia will only provide a warranty for products purchased from NOVOFLEX Australia or it’s authorised dealers.
The Explorer Photo & Video warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us at to proceed with your warranty claim.
